This policy explains how Plumbing MK ("we", "us") uses the personal details you give us when you ask for a quote or get in touch, through our website or through our Facebook and Instagram adverts.

Who we are

Plumbing MK is a plumbing and heating business based in Milton Keynes, run by Martin. You can contact us on 07743 882195 or at Plumbingmk@hotmail.com.

What we collect

• Your phone number
• Your postcode
• What you need help with, and any details you choose to tell us about the job

How we use it

We only use your details to contact you about your enquiry: to call you back, give you a quote and arrange the work. We will not sell your details or pass them to anyone for marketing.

Who else sees it

If you fill in a form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta processes your details under its own privacy policy before passing them to us. Our website and enquiry form are hosted by Netlify, and enquiries reach us by email and text message. Our marketing partner, ScaleWithLP, helps run our adverts and may handle enquiries on our behalf to pass them to us.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work we do for you, and for our business records after that. If you don't go ahead, we delete your details within 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete the details we hold about you at any time by calling or emailing us. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
